Description: The Beaufort County Detention Center is in the process of replacing the old commercial dishwasher for the mess hall. The Detention Center is requesting qualified vendors to provide a bid to include the new machine and installation. The machine must be able to handle the washing and cleaning operations for a minimum of 300 personnel. Scope of Services and Specifications: The commercial dishwasher must be at a minimum a Hobart Model Number CLPS66E-15 or equivalent. This model or equivalent must come with an R/L 15KW Tank Heat 480/60/3 30KW Booster Conveyor Dishwasher, single tank with a Power Scrapper, 202 racks/hour, insulated hinged doors, .62 gallons/rack, stainless steel enclosure panels, with low temperature and Dirty Water indicators, Energy Star. An E-Series vent hood domestic VNTHD/E-DOM or equivalent, and a SHTPAN-RACK Rack, 6 sheet pan or equivalent. The vendor must include a custom installation cost by Hobart certified installer.
