Overview: The following changes, additions and deletions have been provided:

The following clarifications and changes shall be included in the Plans and Specifications for the above-referenced project, as prepared by Wightman & Associates, Inc. dated 11/18/2022. This Addendum shall be deemed a part of the Contract Documents, and to the extent that the provisions of the other Contract Documents are in conflict herewith, this Addendum shall control.
CLARIFICATIONS:
1. All final questions are to be directed to the architect by end of day 1/19/2023. Addendum No. 2 will be submitted 1/20/2023 if needed. gmonberg@gowightman.com or sholland@gowightman.com
2. If needed, a temporary full-system shutdown can be executed during off-hours and needs to be coordinated with the Air Traffic Control Tower maintenance personnel.
3. The chillers are a lead-lag system, and the new chillers are intended to be installed one at a time so that one chiller can remain running during construction.
4. A radio room inside the building needs to remain conditioned at all times. A temporary cooling solution may need to be incorporated during construction to keep the space conditioned properly.
5. General project communication will be between the contractor and Wightman. Site access inquiries will be directed to Charles first and then to Miles Weaver.

The following clarifications and changes shall be included in the Plans and Specifications for the above-referenced project, as prepared by Wightman & Associates, Inc. dated 11/18/2022. This Addendum shall be deemed a part of the Contract Documents, and to the extent that the provisions of the other Contract Documents are in conflict herewith, this Addendum shall control.
CLARIFICATIONS:

1. Remove the old chiller from the existing BMS. Add new chillers to the existing BMS. Where points overlap between the new chillers and existing chillers, the points shall be approached as new equipment. For example, if the alternate with the economizer coil is selected, some points associated with this alternate are not present in the existing system.

2. The primary pump VFD’s and associated points shall be added. Primary pump points are listed with the chiller control points.  The VFD controls contractor shall provide multiple points to be pulled off the controller.  The contractor shall coordinate with the owner for all information to be displayed and logged with the system. At a minimum, the alarms, status, RPM, and Hz shall be displayed and logged. The contractor shall note any other information to the owner that can be displayed for troubleshooting the system.

3. Omit the reference to the “Bid Form: Familial Disclosure Statement.”

4. Add the attached “Iran Affidavit of Compliance Form” to the Bid Form.
