Description: Beaufort County requests proposals from all interested firms, licensed in the State of South Carolina, experienced in Computer Assisted Mass Appraisal (CAMA), Personal Property Valuation, Revenue Billing and Collections Systems. It is the intent of the County to purchase a "state-of-the-art" commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) automated Computer Assisted Mass Appraisal (CAMA), Personal Property Valuation, Revenue Billing and Collections System that may either encompass the needs of the Auditor, Assessor, and Treasurer or be a ‘stand-alone’ system which best fits the requirement of each respective office.

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: There will be no Pre-Proposal meeting. However, we strongly encourage you to submit your questions through Vendor Registry by 5:00pm Eastern Time on May 1, 2024. Please submit all of your questions in 1 box with one submission rather than submitting one at a time.
