Description: The City of Alamogordo, New Mexico is requesting proposals from qualified firms of certified public accountants to prepare and audit its financial statements for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2018, with the option of auditing its financial statements for each of the two (2) subsequent fiscal years.  These audits are to be performed in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards, the State Audit Act, 12-6-1 through 12-6-14, NMSA 1978, and the Requirements for Contracting and Conducting Audits of Agencies, State of New Mexico Office of the State Auditor (2.2.2 NMAC).
