The Peach County Board
of Commissioners will receive sealed bids until 10:00 A.M. EDT on Thursday, August
12, 2021, for the PEACH COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT IMPROVEMENTS for Peach
County, Georgia. At the time and place noted, the bids will be publicly opened
and read aloud. No bids or bid bonds by
facsimile (fax) will be allowed.
Bid
documents may be obtained through the Architect, BTBB inc., at 609 Cherry
Street, Suite A / Macon, Georgia 31201 / Phone (478) 742-1208.
A site visit of the
Peach County Health Department, 503 Bluebird Blvd. / Fort Valley, Georgia, has
been scheduled for Thursday, July 22, 2021, at 10:00 A.M. The site visit is not mandatory but is
recommended.
Bid envelopes are to
be sealed and identified on the outside as “PEACH COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT
IMPROVEMENTS” and delivered to:

Attention is called
to bonding requirements, EEO provisions, and Davis-Bacon minimum salaries and
wages. This project is covered under the requirements of Section 3 of the

The Peach County Board
of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any
informality in the bidding.
