Overview: The following changes, additions and deletions have been provided:
CHANGE: Section 1.0 General Information
1.4 Award of Contract: The City reserves the right to award in whole or in part, and to award by item or by group, whichever is deemed to be in the best interest of the City. Notwithstanding any other provision of the Request for Proposal, the City reserves the right to: (1) waive any immaterial defect or informality; or (2) reject any or all proposals, or portions thereof; or (3) reissue the Request for Proposal.
A response to any Request for Proposal is an offer to contract with the City based upon the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in the City's Request for Proposal. Proposals do not become contracts unless and until the City executes them. A contract has its inception in the award, eliminating a formal signing of a separate contract. For that reason, all of the terms and conditions of the contract are contained in the Request for Proposal, unless any of the terms and conditions are modified by a Request for Proposal amendment, a contract amendment, a Best and Final Offer, or by mutually agreed terms and conditions.

The City Provides:
1. City Hall staff empty their own wastebaskets and recycling containers to a centralized location of each Floor of the building. (Police Building staffing do not empty their own waste or recycle containers)
ADD: Section 5.2 Description of Work To Be Performed:
B. Police Station
DAILY: Monday through Friday Service Requirements
12. Empty all office, and meeting room wastebaskets and recycling containers and replace trash liners as needed.
DELETE: Section 5.2 Description of Work To Be Performed:
C: Police Building on Elm Street:
WEEKLY: Friday Service Requirement
6. Clean and sanitize show stalls.
ADD: Section 5.2 Description of Work To Be Performed:
