Type of Addition: Bid Date Extension and Optional Pre Bid

Overview: I have decided to push the bid open date by 2 week until Friday, December 17th at 2PM to a lot for my time here at the holidays. Additionally, as I had some issues with the posting of the bid, I will be offering a second, optional pre bid meeting on Friday, December 10th at 2PM. If you attended the first conference, you do not have to attend the second optional one.
