Description: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN – The City of Spartanburg is seeking proposals from vendors to provide construction services for Improvements to the River Birch Trail in the City of Spartanburg. Bids are invited upon the several items and quantities of work as follows: Construction of approximately 2,100 L.F. of 10’ wide asphalt trail, with an alternate to add an additional 950 l.F. of 10’ wide asphalt trail. This project includes Clearing and Grubbing, Grading (1.5 Acres), Stone Base Setup (575 Tons), and Asphalt Surface (270 Tons).
