Question 1

Posted: 8/6/2020

Question: QUESTIONS 1. Is there a health and safety addendum for the RFP.? I initially inserted a statement of CDC guidelines, and Arlington Signage but if you have a form to sign that would be uniform for all companies. 2. Scope of work (p.9) says “all” chemicals, however p.10 it lists only 2. The assumption is that whatever the pool needs is provided, correct. 3. In #5 complete the log sheets, but the reading are taken hourly. So the staff at the pool will maintain the logs. What action does the contractor have to assure the staff is accurate, and making adjustments? Is the pool available for weekly or monthly inspections leading up to the quarterly report?. 4. In 9. The addition-if needed, of chemicals to the feeder. Does the staff do this, or do they call for service?

Response: Please reference Addendum No. 1.
