County is seeking a team under a single, responsible lead entity, which
includes design and construction, the “Design Build Team.” The County intends
to issue one contract to the selected Offeror for the entire scope of work.
Concurrently
the county purchase the old Amins Building and are seeking to renovate the
building to be the new Sierra County Administration Building. Sierra County now
seeks to hire an engineering construction team to perform design, improvements,
repairs and remediation construction services, for the new building,
