Question: How long did you want pricing held how is this being awarded by line item or all or nothing ? do you want pricing to include shipping and delivery ? when do you plan on ordering the items?
Response: Spec 1 spells out - prime vendor bid. Shipping and delivery is also covered in the bid specs. Items will be ordered approx 30 days after bid ends. You may outline how long you want to hold prices and that may be considered in the award of the bid.
