Description: The Baldwin County Board of Education invites interested bidders to submit bids in accordance with a solicitation for Synthetic Track Surfacing for school(s) throughout the system. The Synthetic Surfacing Contractor shall furnish all materials, labor, supervision and equipment necessary for the accurate completion of a synthetic track installation and all project specific work indicated on the plans and specifications. It is the intent of the Baldwin County Board of Education to award this contract to one or more bidders for a contract period of one year with the option to renew for an additional four years beginning February 24, 2020 – February 23, 2021.
