Question: Reference Section B, Proposal Submission Requirements: In Section A, General Information, it staes that two Volumes will be submitted, Technical Vol I and Price, Vol II. However in Section B, Submission Requirements, there is Qualification Details information, resumes, references, etc and documents (Appendix A) to be submitted but it does not stipulate which Volume the information is to be submitted, either I or II. An you clarify where these documents are to be presented?

Question: Section C: Evaluation Criteria. At the bottom of the last page of this section and continuing onto the top of the next page,is a statement regarding award of contract for three(3) years. If that is the case, information gathered and analyses made will be somewhat dated, perhaps useless in making decisions three years into the future. Is this contract period correct?
