Question 1
Posted: 8/10/2021
Question: From the matrix, your requirement states: Ability to update mailing address data within the application from an existing internal system. Could you please state which existing internal system and describe?
Response: The County currently uses Bright, but will be transitioning to a new Tax and Revenue System. The RFP for that system is currently out for proposals; thus at this time we do not know which system we will be using. Please address whether the capability is available with "other" systems or what experience you have doing this. Thanks.
