ITB 2021-770 East Aztec Pump Station: SCADA Upgrade Design/Build Services

City of Aztec, New Mexico

The City of Aztec is requesting sealed bids for East Aztec Pump Station: SCADA Upgrade Design/Build Services to be connected to the City of Aztec Water Plant SCADA System, to include selecting a firm to design, program and install the SCADA System Upgrade required for operation of the pump station from the City of Aztec Water Plant HMI.  All work shall be performed in accordance with the contract documents and in particular, the design drawings and the technical and administrative specifications for this project. The City reserves the right to select any combination of services bid.

The Purchasing Office with the City of Aztec, New Mexico will receive sealed bids for ITB 2021-770 until Thursday, March 11, 2021, 3:00 PM local time, 201 W Chaco, Aztec NM 87410.  Due to the continuing development of the COVID-19 virus in San Juan County, New Mexico, all bid openings will be closed to public attendance but will be broadcast on YouTube, City of Aztec live stream, at which time bids will be opened and read aloud in the Commission Room. Bids should be addressed to:

The bids received will be considered by the City of Aztec at a regular meeting of the City Commission or at a special meeting of the City Commission as may be required. No bid will be received or considered if received by the Purchasing Office after the hour of 3:00 p.m. (local time) on March 11, 2021. Please note that the City of Aztec, NM is NOT a guaranteed delivery point for any of the various delivery services.

A mandatory pre-bid on-site conference will be held on Monday, February 22, 2021, 10:00 AM in Aztec, New Mexico, 87410, 1891 Navajo Dam Road.  The last day to ask questions about the project or construction documents is Wednesday, March 3, 2021, 10:00 AM. All questions must be submitted in writing to Kris Farmer at kfarmer@aztecnm.gov.
