Pursuant to G.L. c. 30B, §16, the City of Framingham, acting through the FRAMINGHAM Mayor, (hereafter the “City”) hereby requests proposals for the purchase of real property to be conveyed in fee at Kendall Street, Framingham, Massachusetts consisting of 4,750 square feet of area, being Assessors Parcel Identification Number of 128-96-1555-000 and shown on Plan No. 987 of 1957 and described in the order of taking recorded with Middlesex South District Registry of Deeds at Book 8978, Page 90, (the land is hereinafter referred to as the "Premises") as shown on the plan included as Exhibit A attached to this Request for Proposals (“RFP”).
