Question: 1. Is response to the bid obligation for the bidder to perform services if awarded? 2. Is there an incumbent? 3. What is the estimated volume of testing for the mobile site? 4. Are the hours of operation provided to be consistent, daily hours of operation or will testing be happening within those hours only when needed? 5. Will this include surveillance testing? 6. Will the vendor awarded need to collect, confirm, or house consents? 7. The bid specifies oropharyngeal or nasopharyngeal swabs, are nasal swabs not acceptable? 8. The bid only mentions turnaround time for antigen testing. Can you please clarify all types of testing that will be needed and the required resulting timelines?

Response: 1. Please explain what it is you are trying to ask; 2. HR Department; 3. 10-20 a day; 4. Daily 7am-5pm (MST); 5. Surveillance testing is no longer required. However, if this was mandated again, we would expect that this be included; 6. Yes; 7. Nasopharyngeal is one type of nasal swab which is inserted no deeper than half the distance between the nostrils and the ear.; 8. Covid testing - rapid results

Question: We received notification for this bid on 7th Oct. The bid documents clearly state that Appendix A "Acknowledgment of Receipt Form" must be submitted by 7th Oct. Does this mean that we not have the chance to participate in this bid anymore? Since that date has passed.
