Pre-Bid Meeting Details: Any Contractor who intends to submit a Proposal is required to attend a mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting, which will be held on the 8th day of April 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at the office of the KRH Architect at 855 Abutment Road, Suite 4, Dalton, GA 30721. Any contractor arriving more than 5 minutes late will not be permitted to attend. Following the meeting, a site visit will be conducted at the project site. Only contractors that attend the pre-proposal meeting will be permitted to attend the site visit.

Question: I see this project has RESILIENT ATHLETIC FLOORING in division 9 of table of contents. Can you tell me which room this is for and what the square footage of the room is please? I’m not very good with studying architectural plans, but I setup projects for our estimators to bid on.
Response: This has been removed from the Table of Contents with addendum one, there shall be no resilient athletic flooring in this project.

Question: The spec manual is missing section RESILIENT ATHLETIC FLOORING, it jumps from section 09653 (Res base & Accessories) immediately to section 09681 Tile Carpeting. Can someone advise please ?
Response: This has been removed from the Table of Contents with addendum one, there shall be no resilient athletic flooring in this project.

Response: No, the pre-bid meeting is only mandatory for General Contractors intending to turn in a proposal.
