Description:
The Contractors shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, and equipment (except as otherwise described herein) and shall establish and operate the Food Service facility at the Escambia County Emergency Operations Center (EOC) for the purpose of dispensing food, non-alcoholic beverages, and other such items as may be authorized by the Business Operations Manager, in accordance with all items and conditions specified herein.
The assignment of work will be on an as-needed basis and will be consistent with the requirements delineated in this Scope of Work. The extended work hours noted during an emergency and disaster event may require twenty-four (24) hours per day coverage for several days and is contingent on the severity of the event.
