Description: Okeechobee County is accepting bids for the following scope of work/specifications:
SP-01. Bid shall be for, but not limited to, restoration of concrete driveways, aprons, collars (mitered ends) on each end of newly installed culverts, sidewalks, parking lots and repairs, etc.
SP-02. Concrete will be finished to match the existing driveway surface and/or apron.
SP-03. Certification (satisfactory to the County) must be furnished to the County that materials meet or exceed contract specifications.
SP-04. Small Projects/repairs: Bidder will supply concrete flatwork to complete small projects and/or repairs as required by the County throughout the term of this contract. Small projects and/or repairs will be defined by quantities of 16 square feet or less to complete the entire project/repair. Item # 7 on the Bid Proposal page provides for bid price for small projects.
SP-05 See attached two "Driveway Detail" sheets. One is labeled "Pavement Restoration Detail" and one is labeled “End Detail". Note: This bid is for concrete restoration only. References to asphalt specifications should be disregarded.
