Description:

HCS currently provides a dental reimbursement plan for all employees.  The administrative office processes the reimbursements based on submitted bills by the employees.  The employees must pay for the dental work initially and then submit to the administrative office for reimbursement.  The plan does cover the Professional Staff within the Hamilton County Education Association.  HCS is looking to provide a dental solution that eliminates the need to the Administrative Office to process claims as well as give employees access to dental benefits without paying for the service up front.
