Description: Valley Center USD 262 is asking for bid proposals for one project at six locations.

Project 1: West Elementary School, 501 N. Sheridan, Valley Center.
Project 2: Wheatland Elementary School, 800 N. Meadow, Valley Center.
Project 3: Valley Center Intermediate School, 737 N. Meridian, Valley Center
Project 4: Valley Center Middle School, 800 N. Meridian, Valley Center
Project 5: Valley Center High School, 9600 N. Meridian, Valley Center
Project 6: USD 262 Transportation Facility, 6700 N. Broadway, Wichita

Project details are included separately.

All projects are to be completed before August 7, 2023.

All work on this bid, including all material and labor, shall be warranted by the winning contractor for a period of 12 months.

All bids must meet the specifications. I encourage bidders to visually inspect the work area.

Although the project has six locations, we will be considering the total cost and award the project to a single provider. We will not separate the locations between bidders.

All bids can be submitted electronically and must include your signature. Please submit your bids by 1:00 P.M. (CST) on February 17, 2023, to Mike Bonner, Assistant Superintendent, via email at mike.bonner@usd262.net . All bids will be opened publicly at the time and location listed above. Please help ensure this process by marking the subject line of your email with “2023 Concrete-Asphalt Bid”.

USD 262 Valley Center retains the right to accept or reject any or all bids, and to eliminate one or more of the project locations depending upon total cost.
