Question: There is reference to item writing "The provider will also provide in detail the capacity of the firm to perform the assessment software integration and item writing work." But we can not find anything about item writing in the rest of the RFP, is this a requirement?
Response: No, item writing is not required. An addendum will be posted to remove that requirement.
