Addition 1

Posted: 9/16/2020

Type of Addition: Clarification

Overview:

The following question was emailed to me:

I am preparing my firm’s response to your RFQ and note on the Certification Request for Qualifications form, one original and 3 copies are required.  We had intended to submit through the link to aesd.net/administration/purchasing Solicitations.  Is it preferred that we submit in paper to accommodate the one original/3 copies?

Also, do you need a separate response for the 3 areas of specialty – Board of Trustees, Brown Act, and Public Law or can they be responded to in one document.

 RESPONSE

Good Questions!  I should have made an adjustment to that.  You can submit electronically and I will print out however many copies the evaluators may need.  Yes, you can respond to the 3 areas of specialty in one document.

Addition 2

Posted: 10/12/2020

Type of Addition: At our regularly scheduled Board Meeting on October 6, 2020 the contract was awarded to Olivarez, Madruga, Lemieux & O'Neill LLP
