Description: Alabama A&M University (“University”, “Awarding Authority”) is seeking bids from qualified vendors to provide the University with an 2025 EV Pickup Truck, Oxford White Exterior Color is preferred however not mandatory, and Charcoal Interior or an approved equal per the guidance found in the State of Alabama Attorney General’s Opinion 2006-098. All other specifications are to be standard issue. The 2025 EV Truck, Oxford White Exterior Color, and Charcoal Interior is established in Bid No. 2K18-10B as the standard of quality for all vendors to adhere per Attorney General’s Opinion 2006-098. Awarded vendor must have its proposed vehicle ready for Alabama A&M University to acquire within sixty (60) calendar days after notice of bid award.
