The City of Springfield Electric Department will be accepting sealed proposals for the following:

Electric Rate and Classification Study

 

Information may be obtained at www.springfieldtn.gov. Successful contractors must show an understanding of the Tennessee Valley Authority residential, commercial and industrial rate structures and provide a list of existing clients inside the TVA power supply area.  Specific questions may be addressed to:  Steven Sax, Electric Director, steve.sax@springfieldtn.gov or 615-384-6770.  Sealed proposals must be received in the Office of the City Recorder, 405 North Main Street, Springfield, TN 37172 by 12:00 pm local time on Tuesday, June 15, 2021.  Please note RFP #1170 on the outside of the sealed envelope.  The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals submitted.  The City reserves the right to modify or cancel the selection process or reschedule at any time.  This RFP is not to be construed as a contract or a commitment of any kind.  The City will not be responsible for the cost incurred by anyone in the submittal or preparation of a response.
