1. The Engineer’s Estimate has been revised. The new Engineer’s Estimate is $10,959,428.31.
2. Replace the following plan sheets with the revised plan sheets (attached): 1, 34, 35, 36, 37, 37A, 130, 131, 180, 181, 182, 194A, 194B, 239, 241A, 242, 249, 254, and 253.
3. Add Plan ODOT Plan Note 107 - CPM Schedule (attached) to Appendix B – Specifications and Drawings.
4. Add Dewatering Specification (attached) to Appendix B – Specifications and Drawings.
5. Replace the Proposal Pages with the Revised Proposal Pages (attached). (Excel and pdf versions have both been provided.)
6. Add Geotechnical Engineering Report to Appendix B – Specifications and Drawings.
7. As a note of clarification, the water work materials (pipe, valves, appurtenances) will be supplied by the City of Canton. Installation of the waterline is part of this project.
8. The bid opening date and time remain as 2:00 PM, May 16, 2023.
