Question: Could you provide any insights into specific areas or subjects where there is a particularly high demand for teachers, or any professional qualifications that are considered essential? Are there specific regions or countries of interest for international teacher recruitment? Additionally, do you have a preferred interview process or selection criteria for candidates? What strategies do you currently employ to ensure long-term retention and job satisfaction for international teachers? Are there any particular challenges in retaining international staff that we should be aware of? Can you describe the level of support provided to international recruits upon their arrival (e.g., housing assistance, visa support, orientation programs)? How can we best tailor our services to meet these needs? What strategies do you currently employ to ensure long-term retention and job satisfaction for international teachers? Are there any particular challenges in retaining international staff that we should be aware of?
Response: Could you provide any insights into specific areas or subjects where there is a particularly high demand for teachers, or any professional qualifications that are considered essential? Secondary Math, Science, and Spanish. Are there specific regions or countries of interest for international teacher recruitment? No preference. Additionally, do you have a preferred interview process or selection criteria for candidates? Application in online portal, principal interviews, principal recommends. What strategies do you currently employ to ensure long-term retention and job satisfaction for international teachers? Have not done this yet so no experience. Will be securing initial needs so they can transition and providing instructional supports. Are there any particular challenges in retaining international staff that we should be aware of? Unknown. Can you describe the level of support provided to international recruits upon their arrival (e.g., housing assistance, visa support, orientation programs)? We have not completed our plan yet but will be having things set up for them upon their arrival. How can we best tailor our services to meet these needs? We are open to the spectrum of services from those that simply process the visas to those that are one stop shop vendors for foreign teacher pools provided through services rendered to them. What strategies do you currently employ to ensure long-term retention and job satisfaction for international teachers? We do not currently have teachers on visas yet. Response: We are open to the spectrum of immigration services and will be open to proposals that include various costs and various responsibilities based on their model submitted.
