Description:

The Clayton County Water Authority (CCWA) intends to contract the services of an experienced, qualified Contractor to perform Annual Flow Monitoring Services for a twelve-month period, from February 1, 2019 – January 31, 2020. The contract may be extended for a second and third 12-month periods by mutual written consent by both parties with no changes in terms and conditions.

A contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive responsible bidder whose bid conforms to the Request for Bids specifications and will be the most advantageous to the Clayton County Water Authority (CCWA). An evaluation will also be performed to ensure bidder complies with the required submittals. 

This procurement has a SLBE bid discount for evaluation purposes only, which will be given to CCWA certified SLBE primes only.  For more details, please refer to Division 2, Section 8 of this bid package.
