Question 1

Posted: 4/4/2023

Question: I didn't see a "Bid Summary" page included in the current ITB as it was in the ITB FM 24-20 doc. Will this be added at a later date? Thank you!

Response: See addendum 1 posted

Question 2

Posted: 4/5/2023

Question: Toward the end of the bid packet there is a pricing document referred to as "Okaloosa County FM200/FM400 Inspections/Backflow". On that same page it states the # of hoods at each location. Can you clarify exactly what inspection services are being referred to here? Is is FM200/400's, hood suppression or backflow devices? Thank you1

Response: See addendum 1 posted

Question 3

Posted: 4/7/2023

Question: 1. Will previous inspection reports with device count and type be provided for all systems? 2. Will you provide clarification on the bid sheet "Okaloosa County FM200/FM400 Inspections/Backflow"? These are (2) separate inspections and also there is a column representing # of hoods and hoods are not associated with either of these inspections. 3. How many tanks/cylinders per kitchen hood system? If previous inspection reports are provided, this information will be in the report. 4. In regards to monitoring, what type of communicator is currently being used at each location? 5. Will you specify if the fire pumps are electric or diesel? If previous reports are provided, this information will be in the report.

Response: See addendum 1 posted

Question 4

Posted: 4/13/2023

Question: Will the fire safety company be able to raise the price a certain percent annually to stay up with rising costs of doing business? Or will the price be set until the contract ends?
