The Village of Buffalo Grove seeks to
improve its Wide Area Network (WAN) through various antenna tower, licensed,
and unlicensed radio equipment. Work is
generally planned to include the following, but remains open to design
improvements and suggestions by the firm selected.
Pre-Bid Meeting Date: 7/24/2019 10:00 AM
Pre-Bid Meeting Details: The Village will hold a Pre-Response meeting on July 24, 2019 at 10:00am at the Village of Buffalo Grove Village Hall, 50 Raupp Blvd., Buffalo Grove, IL 60089. The purpose of this meeting is to have prospective firms sign an NDA regarding sensitive communication infrastructure, prior to releasing a map of locations and answering questions in more detail. If you are unable to attend the meeting but are still interested in providing a response please contact the purchasing Manager via email at bgfinance@vbg.og and request a copy of the NDA. Once an executed copy of the NDA is received a copy of the map and responses to any questions will then be provided.
