Description: The Town of Juno Beach will receive sealed proposals from qualified contractors to provide Landscape and Maintenance Services.
Interested firms shall submit one (1) original and four (4) copies in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the firm and the words “Landscape and Maintenance Services” to the Town of Juno Beach, 340 Ocean Drive, Juno Beach, Florida 33408 by August 6, 2024 at 11:00 AM. Bids/Proposals/Qualifications may be submitted and accepted electronically via email to the Town Clerk at ccopeland@juno-beach.fl.us by 11:00 a.m. on Monday, August 6, 2024. Any proposals received after the date and time specified will not be accepted and shall be returned unopened to the Proposer. All proposals will be publicly opened and acknowledged in the Town Council Chambers.
The Request for Proposals is open to inspection and may be obtained at the Town Center, 340 Ocean Drive, Juno Beach, Florida 33408, on the Town’s website www.juno-beach.fl.us, Demandstar.com, VendorRegistry.com or by contacting Tim Hannon, at (561) 656-0350. Electronic copies are free of charge and may be obtained by sending an email request to thannon@juno-beach.fl.us
A non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on July 29, 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Town Center, Council Chambers, 340 Ocean Drive, Juno Beach, FL, 33408.
The term of service shall be for a period of two (2) years. The Town and the selected contractor may extend the term for two (2) additional two (2) year terms, with mutual consent.
The Town of Juno Beach reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive technicalities, and to re-advertise. The award, if made, will be made to the most responsive Proposer whose proposal is determined by the Town of Juno Beach, in its sole discretion, to be most advantageous to the Town.
