Description: This is a request for bids on excavating, compacting and asphalt paving of two off-street parking lots at Brittany Woods Park as follows:

Location - 170 Byrd Dr, Callaway, FL 32404

Size – 24’ x 74’

Quantity – 2 parking lots (One on each side of the street)

Site Work Description (per location) – Mobilize and excavate and export excess material, shape and compact subgrade, install a 6” layer of limerock base to be +/- 0.10’ of final grade over an area of 26’ x 78’.

Paving Work Description (per location) – Mobilize and Asphalt pave, testing, clip and finish limerock base course, install a 1.5” layer of type SP 9.5 asphalt over 197 sq yds
