Description: The System Integrator will provide qualifications for services during design and construction for the Lower Dorchester WWTP Expansion Project, as follows:
1) During design phase services, the System Integrator will provide technical assistance for the project.
2) During construction phase services, the System Integrator will provide all process instrumentation and controls specified under Division 40 of the Contract Documents. A new fiber optic cable network will be installed and commissioned as an in-plant Ethernet network backbone for the process control system. A new control room and SCADA server room will be constructed, new PLC’s will be selected and programmed to control all processes, and new SCADA hardware and software will be provided. The HMI/SCADA system software will provide plant personnel with access to processes and system parameters required by each process to perform their required tasks. The System Integrator will incorporate all vendor-supplied control panels into the plant-wide SCADA system.
