Pre-Bid Meeting Details: SITE VISIT: Please sign up if you plan to attend the pre-bid meeting. Bidders planning to submit bids are encouraged, but not required, to be represented at the 9 a.m. site visit on March 22, 2023. The site visit will begin promptly at 9 a.m. at the front entrance of James Hunter Park, N. 13th & Herndon Street. In order to attend the site visit, Contractors should email the names, email addresses, phone numbers, and titles of all attendees to jiturralde1@arlingtonva.us by 5 p.m. on March 20, 2023To regulate group sizes, Bidders must sign in with the County representative on site prior to participating.
