Description: Dorchester County invites sealed bids from qualified companies to replace the floor coverings in several offices in the Kenneth F. Waggoner Building (KFW), located at 201 Johnston Street, St. George, SC 29477, the Human Services Building (HSB), located at 500 N. Main Street, Summerville, SC 29483, and the Law Enforcement Complex (LEC), located at 212 Deming Way, Summerville, SC 29483. Mandatory pre-bid site visits will be held on April 05, 2018, during which time attendants will have access to all offices to take measurements. The pre-bid site visit will begin at 10:00 AM at the HSB and attendees will travel to the LEC and KFW afterwards. Bids should be submitted to the Purchasing Office following the instructions in this bid package prior to the deadline.
