The Landscaping Allowance of $75,000 is intended to cover
the costs of plant and soil materials, specimen trees, preparation of planting
beds (including soils improvements), planting, mulching, and irrigation (if
any)…All costs for seeding/sodding are to be estimated by the Bidder and
included in the Base Bid Amount, based on the areas of each originally shown or
inferred by the original AS101.
