Dawson County Purchasing Department on behalf of the Dawson County Board of Commissioners is issuing this Invitation for Bid (IFB) to solicit sealed proposals from licensed and qualified vendors who specialize in the maintenance and repair of commercial and residential grade HVAC units. Detailed proposal documents are available at www.dawsoncounty.org.   There will not be pre-bid meeting for this solicitation.  Questions in reference to the above IFB must be in writing to the Dawson County Purchasing Manager, Melissa Hawk at mhawk@dawsoncounty.org before 1:00 p.m., March 6, 2020. All answers will be posted to website no later than March 10, 2020, by 1:00PM. Addenda, where applicable, will be posted in the same manner.
