Will surveying be provided by the county or are we to include this in our pricing? For example will the LOD be staked out, sidewalk staked out, etc. 3. Are we to include striping and signage in our proposal? 4. Will the county be providing a geo technical engineer for compaction, concrete sample, and asphalt samples?
