The purpose of this project is to construct a restroom building of approximately 400 square feet plus a 160 square foot covered ‘porch’. The restroom building will be of block construction with a metal standing seam roof. The exterior will be a stucco finish with a 2-foot high brick wainscot as specified in the plans. The building will house a men’s restroom and women’s restroom. Each restroom will have 2 fixtures and a 1 sink in each, total of 4 fixtures and 2 sinks. There will also be a small ‘janitors closet’.
