Question: What is the expected timeline for the fall plantings? (i.e. removal of summer flowers and install of fall flowers)
Response: Since the Grounds department did not clarify this in their bid I will need to find out if there is a specific date on Tuesday, May 28, 2019. Clarified in the meeting today...Spring is around May and Fall is around October.

Question: Has this project been out for bid before? If not, why the change to open this project up to outside vendors?
Response: To my knowledge we have not put a previous bid out before. The department is now requesting to contract out these projects.
