A copy of the tabulation of bids received for the Whitfield County Schools Grease Trap Pumping/Cleaning bid and/or solicitation for the years of 2015, 2016, and/or 2017, whichever is the most recent that is available. 2. The 2015, 2016, and/or 2017 award tabulation sheet for the Whitfield County Schools Grease Trap Pumping/Cleaning bid(s) and/or solicitation(s); 3. The most recent year bid award that was provided for the Whitfield County Schools Grease Trap Pumping/Cleaning bid and/or solicitation; 4. The Notice of Intent to Award sheet and/or document related to the Whitfield County Schools Grease Trap Pumping/Cleaning bid and/or solicitation for the years of 2015, 2016 and/or 2017; 5. A copy of the most current and/or recent years’ tabulation of bids, award tabulation sheet, and/or Notice of Intent to Award sheet for the Whitfield County Schools Grease Trap Pumping/Cleaning bid and/or solicitation. Thank you for the help! Best regards, Jared A. Kopman, Esq.

Question 2

Question: I noticed that a two of the school tank size(s) listed on page 3 of the bid packet are not listed on page 4 of the bid packet where we are suppose to input our price quote. Specifically, I do not see the following tank sizes listed: 1. 8000 gallon trap 2. 9250 gallon trap Please let me know what we should do in terms of pricing those two (2) sized traps. Thanks!

Response: The Bid document has been updated to include these trap sizes.

Question 3

Posted: 10/16/2018

Question: Beyond regular grease trap cleaning and pressure washing, what exactly do you want jetted? Do you want jetting at each service for each trap? Thank you.

Response: The requirement for Jetting Machine is only for situations where our maintenance men cannot clean a line with there equipment and would call the vendor to come and Jet the line for them. This would be billed separately from this contract. We only need to be certain the selected vendor has the ability to provide this service.
