Description: Notice is hereby given that Okeechobee County, Florida, pursuant to Section 287.055, Florida Statutes, hereby issues this Request for Qualifications for IN-HOME SERVICE PROVIDERS. The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to identify and select multiple qualified Home Health and/or Nurse Registry Agencies (Providers) to which contracts may be offered for non-exclusive provision of professional in-home supportive services including homemaking, personal care and respite as outlined herein to the clients (aged 60 and above) of Okeechobee County Senior Services.
