Description: ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Sealed bids for Portage Public Schools RFP #30343 - Portage Northern High School & Portage Central High School Weight Room Flooring, Painting, & Equipment, will be received until 3:00 pm local time, Tuesday, February 28, 2023, at Portage Public Schools Administration Building, 8107 Mustang Drive, Portage. All bids received by this time will be opened and read publicly in Conference Room 1 of the Portage Public Schools Administration Building. Bids received after this time will not be considered or accepted. Bids may be mailed or dropped off. Mailed bids must be received prior to the time and date stated above. FAXED OR EMAILED BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Contact klafferty@portageps.org with questions. As required by State Law (P.A. 232 of 2004), all bids shall be accompanied by the following disclosure statement; Iran Economic Sanctions Act. The Board will not accept a bid proposal that does not include a sworn and notarized Familial Disclosure statement disclosing any familial relationship that exists between the owner or an employee of the bidder and any employee of the Portage Public School District or member of the Board of Education. The Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, either in whole or in part; to award contract to other than low bidder; to waive any irregularities and/or informalities; and in general to make awards in any manner deemed to be in the best interest of Portage Public Schools.
A second pre-bid meeting will be held onsite in the weight room at Portage Northern High School, located at 1000 Idaho Ave, Portage, MI 49024 at 2:00 pm local time on Tuesday, February 21, 2023.

A second pre-bid meeting will be held onsite in the weight room at Portage Northern High School, located at 1000 Idaho Ave, Portage, MI 49024 at 2:00 pm local time on Tuesday, February 21, 2023.
