Description: The work to be performed consists of comprehensive environmental engineering services including, but not limited to: Phase I, II, III and IV Environmental Site Assessments (ESA), and other reports as required by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP), and local agencies for contaminated sites. All ESA reports must be signed and sealed by a Professional Engineer or Geologist licensed in the State of Florida. Two firms will be selected for this work and shall sign a one-year contract with the District with the option for two additional one-year terms.
