Description: The awarded firm shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, and equipment (except as otherwise described herein) and shall establish and operate the Food Service Facility at the Escambia County Emergency Operations Center (EOC) for the purpose of dispensing food, non-alcoholic beverages, and other such items as may be authorized by the Business Operations Manager, in accordance with all the items and conditions specified herein.  Services are to be performed only when a County-wide emergency or event occurs and may require twenty-four (24) hours per day coverage for several days.  The time and duration are contingent on the severity of the County-wide emergency or event.
