Description:

SPEC-1 GENERAL SCOPE

1. Wentzville RIV School District (hereinafter “District”) is seeking qualifications for Comprehensive Legal Services from reputable, licensed law Firm or Firms or individuals (hereafter “FIRM”) who are members of, and in good standing with, the Missouri Bar for providing such legal services.
2. These Firms will be called upon to provide comprehensive legal services on an as-needed basis at an amount and according to the terms fixed by their agreement.
3. This RFQ requests a great amount of detail to avoid delays, misunderstanding, and to simplify the evaluation of qualifications. The Firm is requested to respond to each specification.
4. These services will be for a period of five (5) years beginning July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2025.
