ADDENDUM NO. 1
This addendum is in reply to a list of questions and clarifies additional requested information from proposers.
Question:
I just wanted to confirm that the limits of construction shown on sheet C1 (see below in red) is incorrect. But rather it includes everything shown on plans in between Lloyd Street and Gordon Street? Including the asphalt paving connections to Lloyd Street and Gordon Street?
Response:
The limit of sitework construction (marked in red on attached image) does include the asphalt driveway connection to Gordon St and includes the retention pond.
Please add an alternate bid for the easterly asphalt driveway and retaining wall to Llyod (marked in blue on attached image).
Question:
Also, there is a note “provide 10’ landscape buffer between the crestview head start site and the proposed improvements”…..but not details that I can see. Is this to be included?
Response:
There is an existing 10’ landscape buffer already present.
