| The City of Parkland, Florida is currently requesting proposals from qualified companies to provide for the: Ranches Ditch Embankment Restoration Project Design-Build Project - RFP #2017-17 The purpose of this solicitation is to receive proposals from qualified design-build firms to provide all required administration, design, permitting and construction for the Ranches Ditch Embankment Restoration Project. There will be a mandatory pre-proposal conference Friday, May 5, 2017, at 9:00 A.M., at Parkland Public Works located at 6500 Parkland Drive, Florida, 33067, Conference Room. Sealed proposals shall be received by the Office of the City Clerk, at Sal Pagliara City Hall, 6600 University Drive, Parkland, Florida 33067, on or before 2:00 p.m. Friday, May 26, 2017, at which time and place proposals will be publicly opened. Proposals received after that time will not be accepted under any circumstances. Any uncertainty regarding the time a proposal is received will be resolved against the Offeror.
