The County of Grant is requesting competitive sealed proposals (RFP) for the selection of a professional firm to provide architectural services for the renovation and code compliance design of the Grant County Commercial Service Terminal Building at the Grant County/Silver City Airport located near Hurley, New Mexico. The Grant County Manager’s Office will accept proposals until Monday, February 4, 2019, at 3:00 p.m. (Local Time)

It is incumbent upon the Offeror to check the website for additional information and/or addendas.

A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on Wednesday, January 9, 2019, at 10:00 a.m. (local time) located at the Grant County Airport, 188 Airport Road, Hurley, NM 88043.

The County of Grant reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, cancel the RFP in its entirety or to waive irregularities at its option when it is in the best interest of the County. Award of an agreement or contract is contingent upon the budgeting and appropriation of funds for continuation of the professional services contemplated by this RFP.
